Delivery times differ between our Orchid and Sketchpad ranges. Please read before placing your order.
Ready-to-ship shoes
Our Orchid collection is stocked and ready to go. Once you place your order, we process and dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Custom personalised shoes
Each Sketchpad pair is handcrafted specially for your child. Please allow additional time for design, production, and quality checks before dispatch.

Common questions
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and shown at checkout. We aim to keep these as reasonable as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship pan-India and internationally. Shipping cost and estimated delivery for international orders are shown at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply at destination.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Contact us immediately at hello@omongo.in and we'll do our best to update it in time.
What if my order is delayed?
Occasional delays can occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or peak seasons. If your order is more than 2 days late, email us and we'll investigate immediately.
Can I cancel a Sketchpad order?
Sketchpad orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once our artisans start work on your design, cancellations are not possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for full details.
